Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Property Tax Manager, we’ll look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. • Support client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics.
• Continuously build on your technical competence by staying up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact our clients.

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
• CPA or JD.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Base salary range: $105,100 to $192,600, with higher ranges for major metros.
• Our hybrid model expects most external client roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over an engagement or year.
• Flexible vacation policy: you decide how much vacation you need, plus paid holidays and other leaves.
