Base Pay Range

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Join our dynamic team as a Loan Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our loan process. Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will be essential in performing loan research, resolving issues, and processing loan payoffs.

• Loan Booking:
  Accurately book new loans, renewals, modifications, letters of credit, and guidance lines of credit.
• SBA Loans:
  Handle the booking of new SBA loans and ensure compliance with 1502 reporting to the FTA.
• Document Management:
  Scan loan files and conduct thorough post‑closing loan reviews.
• Payment Processing:
  Post payments, draws, and principal reductions with precision.
• Quality Control:
  Edit loans booked to the loan platform for accuracy and manage participation loan processing for both purchased and sold loans.
• Transaction Management:
  Clear loan unposted transactions and address general loan questions and research.
• Account Balancing:
  Balance loan general ledger clearing accounts and execute the recording/release of applicable documents.
• Exception Tracking:
  Maintain and report on document exception tracking.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of three years in Loan Operations.
• Education:
  
  College degree in a business‑related field.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external clients.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Strong ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to the Bank's automated loan systems.
