Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bloomington, MN for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include delivering financial plans, overseeing investment strategies, and coordinating with internal and external experts to ensure a holistic approach to wealth management.

The role also involves understanding client objectives, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of financial regulations, and identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancements within the client portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Relationship Building
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Investment Management, and Wealth Management strategies
  • Solid understanding of Tax Strategies, Charitable Giving, and Estate Planning
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations, Compliance Strategies, and Industry Trends
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial solutions customized to client needs
  • Proficiency in CRM and financial management software systems
  • Advanced credentials preferred: JD, CPA, CFP, CTFA, MBT, LLM.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
