Tax Associate - Onsite - 2+ Yrs Paid Tax Experience Required

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Associates in one of our new Turbo Tax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax Live–Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

In this role, you will work on‑site from a Turbo Tax location, serving customers both in person and virtually using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will utilize your tax expertise to provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. You will be the go‑to expert for clients, handling simple W2 filings, life‑event tax scenarios, business income, amendments, and investments.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community, establishing long‑term relationships, and driving customer loyalty.

• Provide tax expertise: give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments.
• Organize community outreach: act as a community ambassador and business owner mindset to cultivate customer base, organize local events, and nurture leads.
• Represent Turbo Tax publicly: host learning events, participate in local marketing, and demystify taxes for the community.
• Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating empathy and trust.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience both in‑person and via video communication tools.

• Have an active PTIN.
• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a Turbo Tax location on a static schedule.
• Interest in building a local/online presence and creating tax‑related content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
