• Reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and partnerships, including foreign reporting requirements.
• Providing tax research, drafting memoranda, and assisting in quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
• Identifying and communicating significant tax matters to Senior Managers, Managing Directors, and Partners.
• Liaising and building relationships with other service lines and subject‑matter professionals.
• Building long‑term client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored services.
• Communicating complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
• Maintaining technical knowledge and sharing best practices within your field.
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of tax professionals, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to excel.
• Identifying and responding to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant tax, business, or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or membership in the Bar.
• Prior experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum five years of professional services or tax organization experience.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH Intelli Connect, One Source, BNA, or Lexis Nexis.
• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $106,500 to $195,100 (or higher in certain metro areas).
