SRP is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team in the Twin Cities. Applicants must live in or very near the Twin Cities to be considered. This is a producing role in a team client service environment.

This is a lead producing advisor role covering most of Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. As a Retirement Plan Advisor at SRP, you will:

• Be responsible for growing and managing a book of group retirement plan clients
• Consult with clients along with supporting team members to design, implement, and manage retirement plan solutions tailored to their needs
• Deliver expert guidance on 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified and potentially non-qualified plan options
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Provide ongoing education and support with team members to plan sponsors and participants

• Experienced in retirement plan consulting with a track record of business development success
• Knowledgeable about ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for group retirement plans
• A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and results
