Position: Video Production Internship - Summer '26
The Minnesota Wind Chill is seeking a passionate and motivated Video Production Intern to assist the Video Production Manager in executing live streams of our professional Ultimate Frisbee games. This hands-on internship offers valuable experience in live event production, camera operation, and streaming technology within a dynamic sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Video Production Manager with setup and teardown of live streaming equipment for home games.
  • Role may involve operating cameras during live broadcasts, ensuring high-quality footage of gameplay and fan engagement.
  • Help manage live streaming software and equipment, ensuring smooth transitions and graphics integration.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop engaging content and highlight reels for social media.
  • Support pre-game and post-game production efforts, including interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring everything is ready for game days.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss production strategy and improve streaming quality.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with live streaming platforms and video production equipment preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for sports and video production.
