Position: Traffic Control Lead
Shifts:

Hourly Pay: $20-22
Responsible for providing friendly customer service and carefully directing traffic.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting customers who are unsure of how to pay for the parking
- Dealing with irate customers and solving their issue to the best of their ability within the policy and framework set out for the site (Service is priority)
- Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking
- Weather patrols
- Assist with lot counts
- Adjust counters in parking lots and report equipment and safety issues to the site manager
- Issue parking notices to vehicles in violation of facility policies/record violation notices
- Coordinating with the property security as required with any garage and/or parking related issue
- Responsible for maintaining and operating equipment belonging to REEF or the Property manager during their shift
- Control all lot revenues and record keeping as it relates to work performed
- Interacts face to face with our customers (Service is priority)
- Ensure that the site at which the individual is working is kept clean, neat and free of any obstacles in accordance with the requirements of that site
- Control of all tools and equipment required to perform his/her duties
- Make suggestions and recommendations relating to the way various jobs are performed
- Consults with his/her supervisor or manager regarding items of relevance to the parking operation
- Act as a frontline employee which I considered an extremely important function of this position
- Responsible for prioritization of various jobs with his/her supervisors/manager
- Must be organized
- Strong command of the English language be friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and be able to communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of both desk/handheld POS parking equipment used at the site
- Ability to drive different types of vehicles (Automatic or Manual transmission) restricted to the site as and when required
- Customer Service experience required
- Parking related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic Technical Education
