Front Desk Attendant

Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position serves as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, the front desk attendant provides building oversight and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness.

This front desk schedule includes;

• 16 hours every two weeks
• Part time;
  Evening shift
• Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

• Provides responsive customer service to all customers
• Functions as building office assistant during non-business hours
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies when they occur in the building
• Provide various maintenance, housekeeping, culinary and safety duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

• less than 1 year of previous experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous experience
