We are looking for a dedicated Stage Crew Member to support load‑in and load‑out, equipment handling, and on‑stage operations for live events.

• Perform the load‑in and load‑out of equipment and rental gear.
• Secure required passes and tickets, and prepare guest lists under the direction of the Stage Manager.
• Assist audio and lighting crews with cabling, stands, microphones, fixtures, gels, and cables.
• Handle band set‑changes and ensure band members have required items.
• Communicate event details to the production crew.
• Hang show banners, update marquees, and maintain venue signage.
• Support stage management with show passes and backstage organization.
• Maintain and secure House Backline, curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items.
• Operate and care for stage areas safely and keep the stage clean.
• Assist with Special Events operations and stage trash removal.

• Experience in stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level.
