Design Tree Engineering is pursuing the addition of a Survey Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic Land Survey Team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Ideal candidates are driven and looking to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate survey planning, schedules, processing and project administration.

• Preparation of proposals.

• Record research, preparation of surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretation and construction staking computations.

• Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques.

• Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive, professional manner.

• Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects.

• Effective communicator.

Qualifications and

Experience:



• Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS.

• Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d.

• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel out of town.

• Knowledge of topographic, construction, boundary, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Salary Information:
• $90,000-$130,000 based on qualifications.
