Job Summary

Leading engineering company is looking to add an AutoCAD Drafter to the team in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial concepts and technical reality, ensuring that project documentation is precise, compliant, and innovative. This is an onsite role and specialized CAD Certification is preferred.

• Drafting & Design:
  Prepare and revise technical drawings, plot plans, and component layouts from initial sketches.
• Standards Compliance:
  Ensure all work strictly adheres to company, client, and discipline-specific drafting procedures.
• Project Support:
  Assist in creating comprehensive design documentation and executing ad hoc tasks to support project timelines.
• Process Optimization:
  Utilize standard drafting programs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for drafting details.
• Problem Solving:
  Research and recommend technical solutions for design challenges and project concerns.
