I'm partnered with a good client to help them bring on a DBA (SQL now going towards Azure and No
SQL down the road). This will be their first dedicated DBA so they are looking for someone with a strong foundation who is comfortable being the go‑to resource.

This is a hybrid role which requires you to be on‑site 2-3 days a week at an office centrally located in the Twin Cities.
For a qualified candidate they are offering a six‑figure base, bonus, profit sharing, 3% 401K contribution, and a strong medical benefits program.
