- Identifying technical information sources and coordinating with plant subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Supporting cross-functional handoffs between engineering, vendors, and station personnel
- Ensuring regulatory and programmatic requirements are properly implemented and documented
- Coordinating with external vendors such as Westinghouse to review technical analyses and documentation
- Performing technical and regulatory adequacy reviews
- Verifying vendor deliverables meet plant- and site-specific requirements
- Reviewing procedures and work packages for proper compliance incorporation
- Researching historical plant documents and licensing bases
- Engaging with plant SMEs to validate assumptions and source technical information
- Supporting document management and compliance tracking activities
- The role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring consistent cross-functional communication.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification
- Professional humility and openness to feedback
- Strong relationship-building skills
