Role SummaryThe NPD Engineer will support new product development activities from concept through commercialization, ensuring design for manufacturability, quality compliance, and successful product launch.
Key Responsibilities- Support product development from design to production transfer
- Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Perform DFM/DFA reviews
- Lead risk assessments (dFMEA/pFMEA)
- Support verification, validation, IQ/OQ/PQ activities
- Develop technical documentation and process documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3–7+ years of NPD or manufacturing experience
- Experience in regulated industry (medical device preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, validation, and quality tools
