Infrastructure Engineer

Contract opportunity aviable for an Infrastructure & Technical Operations professional to support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise infrastructure platforms. This role will partner closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems while adhering to established standards and best practices.

• Provide inventory and technical operations support across infrastructure environments
• Perform low-voltage troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, servers, and related hardware
• Install, configure, and maintain server and infrastructure components
• Monitor system capacity, performance, and overall operational health
• Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate infrastructure and application performance issues
• Participate in technical design and build activities to understand system requirements and impacts
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
• Support lifecycle management and total cost of ownership planning for infrastructure services
• Develop and implement new hardware and infrastructure components according to specifications
• Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to existing platforms
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks
• Adhere to change, incident, and problem management standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote consistent build, implementation, and support processes

• Hands‑on experience with inventory management and technical operations support
• Strong background in low‑voltage troubleshooting and maintenance
• Proven experience with PC and server troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams
• Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
• 3–5 years of total relevant work experience
