Job Title: Reliability Engineer II

Job Location: Mounds View, Minnesota (Fully onsite)
Type: W2 contract
Duration: 05 months
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer II to support Cardiac Surgery Perfusion products
. This role focuses on reliability engineering, risk management, and post-market product support for commercially released medical devices.
- Review manufacturing, supplier, and design changes for released products
- Perform complaint trending and identify signals requiring escalation
- Own and maintain risk management documentation
- Conduct reliability studies, DOE, and risk analyses
- Analyze performance data and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective collaboration and communication
- Hands‑on reliability and risk management experience
- 1–5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with relevant exposure)
This is a great opportunity for early‑career to mid‑level engineers looking to grow in medical device reliability engineering within a collaborative, onsite environment.
