We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Engineer to lead product approvals, compliance testing, and regulatory certification activities. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements through successful testing programs and agency submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage product compliance and approvals engineering activities.
- Plan, execute, and oversee product approval testing programs.
- Prepare and submit documentation to regulatory and certification agencies.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, quality, and external test labs to achieve certifications.
- Ensure products comply with applicable national and international standards.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance-related investigations.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and certification records.
- Minimum 5 years of overall industry experience
. - At least 3 years of experience in approvals/compliance engineering
. - Proven experience leading at least 2 full product approval testing programs and agency submissions resulting in successful certifications.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards, testing processes, and certification requirements.
- Due to contractual obligations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or Permanent Resident
