QXMédical designs and develops best-in-class medical devices for peripheral and coronary interventions. We work closely with customers to define market needs and develop innovative products with significant clinical impact. Our operations have expanded to include a new R&D and manufacturing facility in Roseville, MN.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at QXMédical in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing novel endovascular technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing and analysis, and contributing to product enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge in design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as Solid Works or AutoCAD
- Experience with vascular device testing, analysis, and validation is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts
- Knowledge of materials science, biocompatibility, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in medical device industry is a plus
