Estimator​/Project Manager

Company Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated estimator/project manager to join our team based out of our Columbus, MN location. Blake Drilling Company has served the sewer and water industry since 1965. We specialize in dewatering system installations. To be qualified, the ideal candidate would have a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience. We are also looking for candidates who are independent and possess strong teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Limited overnight travel is required as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to pass random drug testing.

• Estimate labor, equipment and materials required to accomplish each project.
• Assess scope and location of each job
• Coordinate with department personnel to assist them in establishing the standards of construction projects.
• Research projects and generate work.
• Build, develop and grow any business relationship vital to the success of projects and future business.
• Provide other services such as test drilling and site visits.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
