June 2026 Leadership Development Program – R&D (Minneapolis)
Sherwin‑Williams invites driven individuals to join its Leadership Development Program (LDP). The 8‑12 month training exposes participants to all functions of the Performance Coatings Group and culminates in a position on the Chemist track.
Base pay range
$65,700.00 / yr – $65,700.00 / yr
Program start date: June 2026
Location: Minneapolis, MN campus
- Apply knowledge of paint and coatings chemistry and formulation.
- Perform testing methodsെടുക്ക and quality control using statistical software.
- Understand commercialization, product lifecycle, and industry segmentation.
- Manage projects and report results and findings.
- Build relationships with supply chain and plant operations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, & Technical Services to execute innovation strategy.
- Work alongside senior chemists throughout the program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Previous laboratory project experience.
- Ability to relocate for program and post‑program positions.
- No company sponsorship required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft લીધો Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Physical capability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or material science.
- Project management experience.
- Prior lab experience at Sherwin‑Williams.
- Team‑oriented work and extracurricular experience.
- Knowledge of paint and coatings industry.
- Data maintenancelegt analysis experience.
