Our dynamic growth and continued success has created a new opportunity for a Civil Engineering Leader in our Minneapolis office. This opportunity offers exciting challenges while leading single and multi-discipline projects.
Responsibilities- Lead and participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management.
- Develop new business opportunities by strengthening relationships with existing clients and creating new client connections.
- Represent the firm at industry events, professional associations, and community activities to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Project engineering and management including project oversight, setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands‑on involvement in the design process.
- The ability to serve as a technical resource for site civil team members.
- Bachelor's degree يزيد in Civil Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading a wide variety of site development projects, municipal roadway or utility projects.
- Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development,ále presentation experience and proposal development.
- Knowledge of general civil engineering, including stormwater management design, municipal utility design and permitting regulations.
- Knowledge of municipal utility design including sanitary கண்ட sewer and water main.
- Experience managing a group would be considered a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Minnesota. PE licenses in other Midwest states are a plus.
- Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary.
- General knowledge of Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software.
