Building Automation Consultant - Midwest Market Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Building Automation Controls Engineer to join our team and support a growing portfolio of smart building projects. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with BMS programming, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.

• Program and configure BMS controllers
  , ensuring reliable and efficient system performance
• Work with Niagara Framework (Niagara AX/N4) to develop, integrate, and optimize control strategies
• Coordinate with Project Managers and fellow Control Engineers to manage deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot DDC control systems
  , identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Assist with system commissioning, documentation, and on‑site/remote support as needed

• Proven experience programming BMS/BAS control systems
• Niagara certification or strong hands‑on experience required
• Solid understanding of HVAC controls, DDC architecture, and networking
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment
