A growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to join their Minneapolis-based team.

This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility infrastructure and site development projects from the ground up. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction while supporting project quality, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects-from planning through completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on technical guidance to project teams.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct audits to ensure construction standards are met.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of project management experience in civil engineering construction.
• PE license preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project documentation tools.
