We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong understanding or prior experience in Packaging Technology to lead projects focused on cost savings, sustainability, and Value Engineering / Value Analysis (VE/VA). This role combines technical packaging knowledge with exceptional project management skills to deliver impactful results across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end packaging projects aimed at cost optimization and sustainability.
- Project Leadership: Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, procurement, operations, and suppliers.
- Packaging Expertise: Apply knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
- Packaging Expertise: Support packaging sustenance initiatives and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Cost Savings & Value Engineering: Identify and implement packaging cost reduction opportunities.
- Cost Savings & Value Engineering: Lead VE/VA workshops and ensure actionable outcomes.
- Cost Savings & Value Engineering: Track and report savings achieved through packaging initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status, risks, and results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with global teams and suppliers to align packaging strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 810 years of experience in packaging technology and project management.
- Proven track record in cost savings projects and VE/VA implementation.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
