• Run day‑to‑day operations of a project or project sub‑section.
• Identify, price, track, and resolve change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Maintain as‑built documentation as work is completed.
• Plan and execute project completion and punch list activities.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Research and compile submittals, price change orders and prepare estimates.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers, the public, government and contractors, representing the company.
• Understand timeliness requirements for decision making, RFIs and documentation of verbal agreements.

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 5+ years experience.
• Related construction experience with five years at an electrical or construction contractor.
• Experience working on projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience with CPM scheduling.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles for technical plans.
• Strong interpersonal, written and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven planning and organizational ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, PDF, and computers.

• Accubid Estimating for Electrical Installations.
• Primavera P6 CPM scheduling proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Pay Range: USD $93,840.00 – $ per year.
