Job Description: We are looking for a Windchill PLM Technical Lead/Principal IT Technologist with 8-12 years of experience. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and resolve P0/P1 and P2 incidents and perform L2 and L3 roles. The role requires performing PLM Windchill Configurations and Customizations.

The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge in PLM Windchill Configurations and Customizations, System and Business Admin, Change Management, and BOM Management. Hands-on experience in System Admin, Business Admin, configurations and customizations, and Windchill Modeler is essential.

Nice to have: Thingworx Navigate, CAD Tools (Creo, Catia, Solidworks), PDM Link, Project Link, MPM Link, and AWS.

The candidate should be able to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the candidate will be the point of contact for all critical [P0/P1/P2] issues in Windchill PLM. They will provide solutions and coordinate with different teams to solve problems, participate in Client Review Board meetings, and work on Windchill configurations/customizations, ensuring all Windchill PLM support environments are managed effectively.

The role will involve performing configuration, upgrades, and migrations of PTC products.

Client POV: The client is moving to a one PLM concept, with Windchill PLM being the next destination. The first go-live is scheduled for Feb 24th. This is a critical application with 4K new users being added to Windchill PLM, necessitating an on-site member to address critical issues and support end users.

Additional Details: The developer must handle both system and business admin tasks. The team is forming for this client, increasing from 5 to 10 members.
