Are you a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for electrical systems and automation? Join our team as an Application Engineer III or IV and help customers unlock the full potential of Turck’s cutting‑edge products and solutions.

As an Application Engineer, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams with expert guidance on selecting, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Turck’s automation technologies.

• Providing technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Designing solutions that meet customer needs and solve real‑world problems.
• Recommending Turck equivalents for competitor products and identifying alternatives for unavailable items.
• Conducting feasibility tests and validating proposed solutions.
• Supporting commissioning and troubleshooting efforts with detailed documentation and technical resources.
• Delivering training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating on cross‑functional projects and contributing to official product documentation.
• Identifying sales opportunities and submitting leads through our Apps SPEAKS program.
• Mentoring junior engineers and representing the department in divisional meetings (AE IV).
• Preferred Experience:
• We’re especially interested in candidates with:
• Strong electrical aptitude and understanding of circuitry.
• Electromechanical experience, including working with sensors, controls, and automation systems.
• Hands‑on field support experience, troubleshooting in real‑world environments.

For AE III:

• 4‑year technical degree with 4+ years of experience, or 2‑year technical degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technical writing and customer support.

For AE IV:

• 4‑year technical degree with 7+ years of experience, or 2‑year technical degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex technical cases and mentor others.
• Leadership experience and deep product knowledge.
