We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team. This role is focused on the design, development, and delivery of advanced electro-mechanical components for a range of high-performance applications. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer will lead and support projects that require technical problem-solving, product development expertise, and strong collaboration with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
Responsibilities- Design, analyze, and develop precision-engineered electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
- Lead and manage engineering projects using established principles and best practices.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers, to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop, test, and validate theoretical designs to meet performance requirements and customer specifications.
- Review customer documentation and provide design solutions optimized for manufacturability and assembly efficiency.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical product design.
- Background in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- Experience with metal stamping, plating, machining, and plastic injection molding processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software required;
Solid Works highly preferred.
