The  seasonal stipend range for this position is $4,895.80 - $5,505.50. New coaches will typically start at the entry‑level amount within the stipend range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget.

This is a seasonal position. Eligible employees will participate in one of the state’s largest pension programs (either the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) or Teacher’s Retirement Association (TRA)).
