Currently hiring for school year positions: weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Specifically looking for a preschool gymnastics coach for Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:45-7:30pm and Saturdays 8:15am-1:15pm.

• Coach preschool gymnastics for the specified schedule (Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:45-7:30pm; Saturdays 8:15am-1:15pm).
• Teach life lessons through sport to children ages 5 and under, through gymnastics, dance, performing arts and related activities.
• Provide a caring, energetic and creative environment; support positive development in children.

• 1-3 years’ experience working with preschoolers (we hire people with great character and we train them to teach gymnastics).
• A willingness to learn and grow as a person and an instructor.
• An understanding or willingness to learn early childhood development and developmental stages.
• The ability to thrive in a positive, family-friendly environment.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays; flexible scheduling.
• A love for children is required; experience in gymnastics is not required.

• Coaching pay is based on experience and education and ranges from $15-$26 per hour.
• Mini-Hops Gymnastics benefits include 401(k), Paid Time Off (1.5 hours for every 30 hours worked), paid holidays, and staff discounts for those who work 4 hours or more per week.
