Infant Teacher

We are seeking an energetic, nurturing Lead or Assistant Infant Teacher to join the Goddard School and positively impact our littlest learners. • Coordinate and execute daily classroom operations for assigned infant/toddler groups.
• Design, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities that meet developmental milestones.
• Interact closely with children, parents, and colleagues to provide high‑quality customer service and foster relationships.
• Maintain a safe environment, addressing emergencies and performing child safety procedures.
• Support team collaboration to develop engaging, creative curriculum and improve educational practices.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• CDA certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of classroom experience with infants or toddlers.
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
• Strong relational and communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to calmly handle stressful situations and multitask during busy class periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including lifting infants into and out of cribs.
• Eligibility for background check.
