Student Worker - Music Academy

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to Music Academy Students
• Communicate with student parents
• Submit lesson plans to supervisor
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

• Strong proficiency on primary instrument or voice, with the ability to demonstrate technique and musicality to students.
• Basic knowledge of music theory, pedagogy, and lesson planning, appropriate for beginner to intermediate level instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Dependability and professionalism, including punctuality, preparedness, and a willingness to receive mentorship and feedback.
