A higher education institution in Minneapolis is looking for Cardinal Transition Leaders & First-Year Mentors for the 2026 orientation staff. In this role, you will assist with the onboarding of new students, create a supportive environment during Orientation, and lead small groups of students. The position requires enrollment at the college and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills while promoting an inclusive campus atmosphere.
This position involves around 10-15 hours of work per week during the Summer Orientation weeks in 2026.
