Our lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned払い. They plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe classroom setting, work directly with children and parents, and provide exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
- Communicate daily with parents, sharing child progress through mobile apps, personal discussions, and written updates.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop creative, engaging curricula that reflect children’s interests.
- Maintain appropriate class schedules, student wellness, and efficient classroom operations.
- Assist with potty training, toileting, and other developmental needs of children.
- Ensure smooth school operations by calmly addressing stressful situations while multitasking.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred.
- 1‑2 years of previous experience required.
- Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
