Our lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned払い. They plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe classroom setting, work directly with children and parents, and provide exemplary customer service.

• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Communicate daily with parents, sharing child progress through mobile apps, personal discussions, and written updates.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop creative, engaging curricula that reflect children’s interests.
• Maintain appropriate class schedules, student wellness, and efficient classroom operations.
• Assist with potty training, toileting, and other developmental needs of children.
• Ensure smooth school operations by calmly addressing stressful situations while multitasking.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred.
• 1‑2 years of previous experience required.
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
