New Horizon Academy seeks a Preschool Teacher to join our team in Minneapolis.

We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to work in our classrooms. Hiring bonus eligible. Hourly wage range: $20.55 - $24.55.
All applicants must have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA to be considered teacher‑qualified under MN Rule 3.

• Minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA.
• All applicants must be able to work a full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday.

• Enjoy working with children.
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the position.
• Can satisfy applicant background study required by state regulations.
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties.
• Can communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, understanding state licensing regulations and company policies.
