Project Success is looking for a contract Institute Facilitator to join our growing team at Project Success. Institute Facilitators lead Project Success Certificates classes that help high‑school students build critical life and career skills. They guide classroom activities, encourage engagement, and help reinforce safety expectations while working alongside other Institute team members. This is an independent contractor role supporting Wednesday evening classes from 3:45 – 7:00 PM running January 12 – March 27, 2026. Possibility of contract renewal based on program needs.
This role will require strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work as a member of a team. Our ideal candidate is looking to grow skills in program support and classroom management while working directly with students. They have experience working with young people, an ability to build relationships, and are consistent, dependable, and reliable.
CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITIES Program Facilitation- Welcome high school students to the Institute and help create an inclusive and supportive environment
- Lead welcome meetings that set expectations and prepare students for class
- Facilitate planned activities that help high‑school students build critical life and career skills
- Support the communication of safety protocols to all participants
- Monitor student engagement and continuously adapt to student needs to allow them to fully participate
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with students enrolled in Institute programming
- Meet with the Program Manager – Certificates before each class to confirm plans and debrief previous classes
- High school degree or GED required
- 1+ years of experience working directly with students in an education or youth development setting
- Experience working with young people from a variety of backgrounds
- Strong and detail‑oriented communication, listening, problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, written and verbal
- Self‑motivated, extremely reliable, ability to work with clear instruction
- A commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Project Success
- Must be able to pass a background check
This is an independent contractor position supporting Wednesday Baking Certificate classes each week throughout the winter semester. Classes take place after school from 4:30 – 6:30 PM. Contractors are asked to arrive 45 minutes before class to prepare with the team. Specific details regarding scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
- $25 per hour
- Evening hours from 3:45–7:00 PM
- There is an opportunity to renew contracts based on program needs
- Winter Semester:
January 12, 2026 – March 27, 2026 - Spring Semester:
April 6, 2026 – June 10, 2026
