Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking a Urogynecologist to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a key role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

• 100% Urogynecology practice
• No hospital call requirement
• Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite available for minor procedures
• Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility
• Office based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
• Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
• Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available

• Provide comprehensive women’s health services to our community through office services and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
• Monday‑Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule.
• Full scope UroGYN practice with major and minor procedures including minimally invasive surgeries with robotics.

• Completion of Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
• Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery board certified or board eligible.
• Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is variable based on experience and performance.
