Responsibilities- The Project Manager is a critical member of the project team participating in the full range of project related phases with clients and the project team.
- Lead the development of design work
- Coordinate the related work of other disciplines and assume in-house construction administration duties on projects
- Act as the primary client liaison and direct the work of others
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, design team, authorities having jurisdiction, and associated organizations.
- Oversight, guidance, and mentorship of the project team to ensure successful execution of the project from start to finish.
- Develop, refine, and monitor project scope, fee, schedule, staffing, budget, risk, and design.
- Contract creation and execution with owners and consultants.
- Lead the project from conceptualization and schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
- May be asked to coordinate with other internal departments to support marketing, business development, and administrative efforts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture
- Professional Registration is preferred
- 8+ years of Project Architect/Project Manager experience within the architecture and construction field
- Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Professional verbal communication and writing skills
- Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture and Bluebeam
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Adobe, Spec Link or other specification writing software – preferred

RoleSummary
The Architectural Project Manager plays a critical role in leading projects from concept through construction. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating design and documentation, overseeing schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality and code compliance throughout all project phases. The ideal candidate will be confident leading teams, directing consultant coordination, and guiding the production of construction documents and specifications.

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in architecture, with professional registration preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience as a project architect or project manager in architecture or construction is required. Applicants should have strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and building systems, along with proficiency in Revit Architecture and Bluebeam. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
