Overview

Finn Daniels Architects, a progressive and multi-disciplinary firm based in Mendota Heights, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with 10+ years of architectural experience. This role involves the management of small to mid-sized public housing renovation projects and participation in all project phases, with a strong emphasis on construction administration. Salary / Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000 based on qualifications and related experience.

Education

Minimum two-year degree in Architecture

Required & Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Revit experience preferred but not required
  • Proven project management experience with small to mid-sized projects
  • Familiarity with specification writing
  • Willingness to travel regionally in state for site surveys and on-site construction administration
  • Background in construction trades a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage small to mid-sized architectural projects
  • Provide work with and provide oversight to small project teams as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Perform due diligence, including code review and coordination with local jurisdictions
  • Develop conceptual drawings for client approval
  • Produce construction documents for bidding
  • Prepare Project Manuals and Specifications
  • Conduct construction administration and coordinate with construction teams
