Project Architect — KOMA
Location:
Minneapolis
Salary / Compensation: $95k-$110k

- Design, detailing, and leading project teams and consultants on architectural projects.
- Manage project work streams across multiple projects and industries (e.g., industrial/manufacturing, education, corporate office, retail/restaurant).
- Develop and communicate design intent effectively through verbal and written means.
- Coordinate with clients to cultivate lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with documentation and construction administration; contribute to programming, code review, and documentation efforts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior design and structural engineering as part of project delivery.
- Licensed Architect or on track to become licensed.
- 10-15 years of experience in an architectural firm designing, detailing, and leading project teams and consultants.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Experienced and fluent in Revit.
- Solid understanding of constructability of design, exterior, and interior details.
- Enjoys all aspects of projects from programming to code review to design to documentation to construction administration.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in varied industries such as industrial/manufacturing, education, corporate office, and retail/restaurant markets.
