Overview

Outside of Minnesota project: AEC Resources is hiring a Project Architect to join a collaborative architectural design studio with building projects throughout the Midwest. You can contribute to a variety of project types. The wide-ranging project portfolio, and the Big A / Little E integrated design process, will keep the work fresh, exciting, and engaging. The Project Architect will assume a leadership role on a variety of exciting and high-profile projects.

You will have the opportunity to create designs, forge meaningful relationships with clients, manage projects, and lead your team.

Description

In response to ongoing growth and expansion, we are hiring a Project Architect to join a collaborative architectural design studio with exciting building projects throughout the Midwest! You can contribute to a variety of project types. The wide-ranging project portfolio, and the Big A / Little E integrated design process, will keep the work fresh, exciting, and engaging. The Project Architect will assume a leadership role on a variety of exciting and high-profile projects.

You will have the opportunity to create designs, forge meaningful relationships with clients, manage projects, and lead your team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and development for multiple projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources; supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical documentation and construction drawings (Revit proficiency assumed).
  • Communicate project status and milestones to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Accredited degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect; NCARB preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in architecture and design
  • Proficiency with Revit software
