• – Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• – 15 or more years of professional experience

• – Interior architecture expertise

• — Coordinate directly with project manager and project designer to supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
• — Coordinate projects and consultant teams.
• — Assess professional development needs and provide mentoring within teams.
• — Primary point of contact for engineering and technical design consultants during design phases.
• — Lead consultant coordination meetings, direct design integration efforts, and ensure consultant deliverables align with design intent, codes, and project standards.
• — Coordinate phased quality assurance and constructability reviews.
• — Write and coordinate technical sections of project specifications.
• — Coordinate front-end specifications.
• — Apply working knowledge of building and zoning codes, resolving design issues and leading responses to officials.
• — Apply knowledge of construction administration issuance types (Addendum, PD, PR, ASI, RFI) and their applications.
• — Strong working knowledge of design delivery tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
• — Assist in research and selection of materials.
• — Lead construction administration and post-occupancy review process independently.
• — Understand various construction delivery methods (CMaR, CMA, GC) and coordinate deliverables accordingly.
