Are you passionate about designing and drafting single-family residential homes? We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Drafter to join a company with an impressive track record of award‑winning work.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the senior residential designers to bring visionary residential projects to life, from new construction to remodels and additions. You will draft and design high‑end custom homes using AutoCAD, producing detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections. You will collaborate closely with the principal designer, clients, and builders to refine design concepts and bring creative visions to life.

Additionally, you will modify and adjust designs based on client feedback and project needs, ensuring that each home is both functional and aesthetically exceptional.

• Work on Distinctive Homes:
  Every project is unique, with homes valued up to $3M+
• Comprehensive Project Involvement:
  Engage in all phases of single‑family residential design from permitting through construction administration
• Established & Award‑Winning Firm:

• 5+ years of residential drafting experience with single‑family custom homes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or Sketch Up experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
• Degree in architectural drafting, architecture, or a related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Ability to work collaboratively while also managing projects independently
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for crafting beautiful, functional homes
