We are hiring a Senior Architectural Technician to support a strong pipeline of upcoming projects totaling more than $250M across civic, healthcare, assisted living, education, workplace, retail, and community facilities. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity. You will join a growing design firm that has been in business for two decades and operates with a collaborative, team‑oriented culture. Due to a very healthy project pipeline, you will help to deliver projects nationwide while maintaining the agility and personal connection of a mid‑sized architecture firm.

This position is available outside of Minnesota.

This role is focused on architectural modeling and construction documentation in Revit. You will be a key technical contributor on part of a larger architectural project team responsible for developing coordinated, high‑quality drawing sets for small to mid‑sized commercial projects in various market sectors.

• Develop and maintain project models in Revit
• Produce complete, coordinated construction document (CD) sets
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants
• Assist with quality control and technical coordination
• Resolve detailing and documentation challenges
• Support project schedules and deadline commitments
• Help maintain BIM standards and documentation consistency

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar
• 5+ years of professional architectural drafting/modeling experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience producing full construction document sets for commercial projects
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience with community‑focused or Indigenous projects, public safety facilities (fire stations, police stations, civic buildings) is a plus
