Designer, Digital Media ​/ Production, Graphic Designer

Join a dynamic team as a Designer, focusing on executing seasonal print programs with precision and creativity. This position offers the chance to showcase your expertise in print production and packaging across various products.

• Lead projects translating artwork into print and packaging designs across multiple product lines.
• Foster vendor relationships, handling technical discussions to ensure quality in print feasibility and color precision.
• Prepare production-ready files and assure quality by reviewing and approving physical samples.
• Coordinate vital seasonal timelines by collaborating with design partners for timely artwork delivery.
• Engage in cross-functional team meetings to capture project objectives and define print needs.

• 5+ years of experience in print production, packaging, or retail product development.
• Understanding of print scale, material behavior, and expert color management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Capability to independently handle multiple overlapping projects effectively.

• Experience with retail private label or seasonal programs.
• Knowledge of food storage, paper goods, or disposable tabletop categories.
• Proven ability to apply artwork to packaging dielines with precision.

The pay range for this role is $49 - $85 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
