We are looking to add an Architectural Designer who will help foster our mission that all people should live in safe, sustainable, and beautiful communities and who can demonstrate professionalism through:

You will work with internal staff, managers and clients to design, develop and deliver various building types for civic and private clients alike. You will collaborate with our cross‑functional design teams to develop designs from conception through design development, prepare construction documents, specifications, team coordination, and support the project team through construction administration for a variety of project types and sizes.

We are looking for curious, self‑motivated candidates capable of leading and supporting multidisciplinary project teams. • Provide planning, design, and coordination of different size projects up to large complex projects.
• Independently apply architectural concepts and designs as well as carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications directly with the specification writer and assist in preparing sections as assigned.
• Engage and guide innovative idea generation within the integrated team in pursuit of design excellence.
• Review cost estimates for alignment with the design.

• Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution or an associate’s degree in architectural technologies
• 3–5 years of architecture experience within the architecture, design, engineering and construction field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization design tools such as Sketch Up or Rhino
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Proforma, eBuilder or Newforma a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.

Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
