COOKFOX Architects is a mission‑based studio dedicated to integrated, environmentally responsive design. We are seeking a creative Intermediate Architect/Designer with excellent design skills to join our Minneapolis based studio. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years professional experience and strong working knowledge of Revit. This position will work directly with the Minneapolis based partner and collaboratively with our NYC based studio on projects.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, multi‑family residential projects a plus
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts
• Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3DMax a plus
• Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
  
  Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff
• Experience in working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
• Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast‑paced environment
