Known for our timeless yet innovative designs, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind luxury homes that blend elegance, function, and exceptional craftsmanship.We are looking for a talented architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential market who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, detail-oriented, and skilled in transforming a client’s vision into breathtaking custom homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through construction documentation
- Collaborating with the DCD Team, builders, and design consultants
- Developing high-quality design solutions with an eye for innovation and detail
- Producing and reviewing technical drawings and specifications
- Current architectural license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury custom residential architecture
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Sketchup design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to juggle multiple projects at one time.
Office is located in Lakeville, MN just off of I-35, 20 minutes south of Minneapolis.
