Konik is partnering with a dynamic, well-established architectural firm that values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence, searching for a Project Architect. This role offers opportunities for professional growth across private and public sector projects regionally and nationally, but projects within science & technology and manufacturing fuel the immediate need for a Project Architect.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and team members on all project phases.
• Develop and coordinate project documents within all phases of a project.
• Assist with conceptual planning, details, and project presentations.
• Client communication
• Coordination with consultants.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.
• Engage in a flexible, collaborative work environment.

Project Architect Qualifications:

• Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Licensed architect preferred
• 8+ years of experience with commercial project work; experience with manufacturing and technical typologies is ideal.
• Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solid understanding of architectural principles.

Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000 per year
